What or Who is Click2Sure?

Click2Sure is an online insurance broker, and the first of its kind in South Africa! We make insuring your most precious items, like your phone, in an easy, affordable and stress-free way.

 

How is Click2Sure different from traditional insurance brokers?

Click2Sure is with the times: say goodbye to queues, annoying hold music and mind-numbing admin, and say hello to fast, efficient and simple insurance!

 

How do I get Click2Sure cover?

It’s as easy as click! Just go to our website at www.click2sure.co.za and follow the simple instructions. You can also find us in any Wefix store.

 

How can I reach Click2Sure?

How often do I need to deal with the insurance company?

We know what a drag that can be, so we’ve got you covered! Don’t fret, you can do all this online and in your own time on our website!

 

What if I want to cancel my policy?

You may lodge a request to cancel your policy via our website. Depending on the conditions of your policy, the request will be considered by the insurer and we’ll confirm the outcome with you.

 

Can I switch to Click2Sure if I already have a policy?

If you currently have a policy of insurance, it doesn’t make sense to you pay twice. We are fairly sure our policy of insurance has better cover for a lower premium but we leave you to be the judge and jury. If our offering is better suited to your needs we would welcome you as a customer once you have canceled your current cover. If our offering is not as competitive please inform us at info@click2sure.co.za

 

How do I pay?

You pay your premiums annually (either once-off, or in monthly instalments). You heard us, annually: the days of the monthly debit order can be over!

You can pay by credit card, EFT or by setting up a monthly debit order, if you still prefer the old school way of doing things.

If I report an accident/loss/damage, is my premium affected?

Your premium won’t be affected. We have kept the terms of the policy simple to understand and simple to apply.

 

If I have a bad credit score, is my premium affected?

We believe in second chances, and seeing our customers as people and not ATM machines. That’s just who we are. Your credit score is not taken into account.

 

What if I miss a premium payment?

If for whatever reason you having difficulty paying your premium please contact us so we can endeavour to assist you. If you miss a premium payment you will not be covered for the period your payment is outstanding. If payment is not received within 30 days, your policy will lapse.

 

Can I sign up using my gadget?

Most definitely! We’re digital As long as you are online, you can reach us using any device.

 

GADGET COVER

Does Click2Sure insure my gadget?

No. But Click2Sure hooks you up with the world-class insurers who do insure your gadget.

 

Why does the insurer need to “verify” my gadget?

You’ll need to verify your device with one of our verification partners in order to purchase a policy. This is because we need to make sure that your gadget is in good working condition and is not already damaged before you are covered.

 

How are my premiums  calculated?

Your premium depends on two things – firstly, which option of insurance you select and secondly, the current market value of the device you want to insure.

 

How do I file a claim?

Forget mounds of incomprehensible forms; just go to our website, log into your account and follow the directions!         

 

How will my claim be fulfilled?

If the Insurer accepts your claim, you will be directed to a repair outlet to have your Gadget repaired or we will arrange for your Gadget to be replaced with an appropriate model.

 

How fast will my claim be resolved?

We aim to have your claim processed within 96 hours.
